Julie’s journey into holistic healing began long before Time For You With Julie was ever created. For years, she has had a keen interest in complimentary therapies supporting people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a moment of peace in a busy world. What started as a personal passion for wellbeing soon evolved into a deeper understanding of how powerful touch, intention, and relaxation can be for the mind and body.

After experiencing firsthand the benefits of reflexology, Indian head massage, and gentle natural therapies, Julie knew she wanted to share that same comfort with others. She trained, studied, and built her practice with one purpose in mind: to create a safe, calming space where every person feels seen, supported, and cared for.

Time For You With Julie was born from the belief that everyone deserves a moment of stillness. A moment to breathe. A moment to let go.

Julie has now supported countless clients through stress, tension, overwhelm, and everyday aches, offering treatments that do more than soothe the body. They restore balance, bring clarity, and give people a place to return to themselves.
